        614.18A  JUDGMENT AND DECREE AFFECTING REAL
      PROPERTY.
         In an action in which the court had jurisdiction of the aggrieved
      party, a motion or other legal proceeding attacking the validity of
      the judgment or decree based on noncompliance with the requirements
      of rule of civil procedure 1.972 shall not affect the interests of
      any purchaser or mortgagee for value of the real property involved
      unless the motion or proceeding is initiated within thirty days after
      the recording of the sheriff's deed or within ninety days after the
      filing of a judgment or decree not providing for the issuance of a
      sheriff's deed.
