CHAPTER 515B - INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION
515B.14 - IMMUNITY.

        515B.14  IMMUNITY.
         There is no liability, and no cause of action of any nature shall
      arise against any member insurer, the association, its agents or
      employees, the board of directors, the commissioner, or the
      commissioner's representatives, for any reasonable action taken by
      them in the performance of their duties and powers under this
      chapter.
