CHAPTER 514J - EXTERNAL REVIEW OF HEALTH CARE COVERAGE DECISIONS
514J.8 - EXPEDITED REVIEW.

        514J.8  EXPEDITED REVIEW.
         An expedited review shall be conducted within seventy-two hours of
      notification to the commissioner if the enrollee's treating health
      care provider states that delay would pose an imminent or serious
      threat to the enrollee.
