CHAPTER 514J - EXTERNAL REVIEW OF HEALTH CARE COVERAGE DECISIONS
514J.3 - EXCLUSIONS.

        514J.3  EXCLUSIONS.
         This chapter does not apply to a hospital confinement indemnity,
      credit, vision, long-term care, disability income insurance coverage,
      coverage issued as a supplement to liability insurance, workers'
      compensation or similar insurance, automobile medical payment
      insurance, or denials of coverage not based on medical necessity.
