CHAPTER 514J - EXTERNAL REVIEW OF HEALTH CARE COVERAGE DECISIONS
514J.11 - IMMUNITY.

        514J.11  IMMUNITY.
         An independent review entity conducting a review under this
      chapter is not liable for damages arising from determinations made
      under the review process.  This does not apply to any act or omission
      by the independent review entity made in bad faith or involving gross
      negligence.
