CHAPTER 514J - EXTERNAL REVIEW OF HEALTH CARE COVERAGE DECISIONS
514J.10 - REPORTING.

        514J.10  REPORTING.
         The commissioner shall prepare an annual report containing all of
      the following:
         1.  The number of external reviews requested.
         2.  The number of the external reviews certified by the
      commissioner.
         3.  The number of coverage decisions which were upheld by an
      independent review entity.
         The commissioner shall prepare the report by January 31 of each
      year.
