CHAPTER 514I - HEALTHY AND WELL KIDS IN IOWA PROGRAM
514I.8A - HAWK-I -- ALL INCOME-ELIGIBLE CHILDREN.

        514I.8A  HAWK-I -- ALL INCOME-ELIGIBLE CHILDREN.
         The department shall provide coverage to individuals under
      nineteen years of age who meet the income eligibility requirements
      for the hawk-i program and for whom federal financial participation
      is or becomes available for the cost of such coverage.
