514E.9 - RULES.

        514E.9  RULES.
         Pursuant to chapter 17A, the commissioner and the director of
      public health shall adopt rules to provide for disclosure by carriers
      and organized delivery systems of the availability of insurance
      coverage from the association, and to otherwise implement this
      chapter.
