CHAPTER 514E - IOWA COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH INSURANCE ASSOCIATION
514E.10 - COLLECTIVE ACTION -- IMMUNITY.

        514E.10  COLLECTIVE ACTION -- IMMUNITY.
         Neither the participation by carriers or members in the
      association, the establishment of rates, forms, or procedures for
      coverage issued by the association, nor any joint or collective
      action required by this chapter shall be the basis of any legal civil
      action, or criminal liability against the association or members of
      it either jointly or separately.
