507C.54 ANCILLARY SUMMARY PROCEEDINGS. In the sole discretion of the commissioner, the commissioner may institute proceedings under sections 507C.9 through 507C.11 at the request of the commissioner or other appropriate insurance official of the domiciliary state of a foreign or alien insurer having property located in this state.Section History: Recent Form
