22-12-1-3.8. "Bunkhouse"

Sec. 3.8. "Bunkhouse" means a building or structure:

(1) under one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet;

(2) that is intended to be occupied or used by not more than twelve (12) occupants;

(3) that includes at least one (1) bathroom that may be supplied by a well. However, due to the location of the building or structure, access to a public water supply is not readily available;

(4) that does not include a kitchen or fireplace; and

(5) where the occupants are primarily transient in nature.
