15-18-3-7. Milk Producers; Exemption From Certain Local Fees

Sec. 7. A unit (as defined in IC 36-1-2-23) may not assess:
(1) a permit fee;
(2) a license fee; or
(3) an inspection fee;
on a person engaged in the production of milk.
