9-17-3-7. Violation of Chapter; Penalties

Sec. 7. (a) This section does not apply to section 5 of this chapter.
(b) Except as provided in sections 3.2(b) and 3.4(d) of this chapter, a person who violates this chapter commits a Class C infraction.
