5-2-9-5. Depository Established

Universal Citation: IN Code § 5-2-9-5 (2021)

Sec. 5. A depository is established in the office of each sheriff and law enforcement agency in Indiana for the purpose of collecting, maintaining, and retaining the following:

(1) Protective orders.

(2) No contact orders.

(3) Workplace violence restraining orders.

(4) Child protective orders.
