34-18-10-26. Copies of Reports
Universal Citation: IN Code § 34-18-10-26 (2021)
Sec. 26. The chairman shall submit a copy of the panel's report to:
(1) the commissioner; and
(2) all parties and attorneys;
by registered or certified mail within five (5) days after the panel gives its opinion.
