31-30-1-10. Paternity Proceedings to Enforce Support

Sec. 10. A circuit court and superior court have concurrent original jurisdiction with the juvenile court, including the probate court described in IC 33-31-1-9(b), for the purpose of establishing the paternity of a child in a proceeding under:

(1) IC 31-18.5;

(2) IC 31-1.5 (before its repeal); or

(3) IC 31-2-1 (before its repeal);

to enforce a duty of support.
