25-21.8-2-3. Terms

Sec. 3. (a) Each member of the board appointed before July 1, 2019, shall serve a term of three (3) years and until the member's successor is appointed and qualified.
(b) Each member of the board appointed after June 30, 2019, shall be appointed under IC 25-1-6.5.
