20-32-8-11. Students With Disabilities

Universal Citation: IN Code § 20-32-8-11 (2021)

Sec. 11. Notwithstanding the requirements of this chapter, any decisions made with regard to:

(1) attendance in a remediation program;

(2) statewide assessment program testing; and

(3) the grade level placement;

for a student who is a student with a disability (as defined in IC 20-35-1-8) shall be made in accordance with the individualized education program, state law, and federal law.
