20-29-9-4. Minimum Length of School Year

Universal Citation: IN Code § 20-29-9-4 (2021)

Sec. 4. A regulation, rule, or law concerning the minimum length of a school year may not:

(1) apply; or

(2) require makeup days;

if schools in a school corporation are closed as a result of a school employee strike.
