Chapter 7.5. Cancellation of Teacher Contracts
20-28-7.5-5. Extension of Time Periods

Sec. 5. The time periods set out in section 2 of this chapter shall be extended for a reasonable period:
(1) when a teacher or school official is ill or absent from the school corporation; or
(2) for other reasonable cause.
