20-28-5-7. License Revocation and Suspension
Universal Citation: IN Code § 20-28-5-7 (2021)
Sec. 7. On the written recommendation of the secretary of education, the department may suspend or revoke a license for:
(1) immorality;
(2) misconduct in office;
(3) incompetency; or
(4) willful neglect of duty.
For each suspension or revocation, the department shall comply with IC 4-21.5-3.
