15-17-2-10. "Bulk Milk Hauler/sampler"

Sec. 10. "Bulk milk hauler/sampler" means a person who does the following:
(1) Collects official samples.
(2) May transport raw milk in bulk form.
(3) Transports milk to or from a milk plant, receiving station, or transfer station.
