15-17-14.7-3. Permitted Animal

Universal Citation: IN Code § 15-17-14.7-3 (2021)

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "permitted animal" means a legally owned captive bred wild animal classified as follows:

(1) A member of the cervidae family.

(2) A member of the bovidae family genus ovis.

(3) A member of the bovidae family genus capra.
