9-13-2-66.7. "For-Hire Bus"
Universal Citation: IN Code § 9-13-2-66.7 (2020)
Sec. 66.7. "For-hire bus" means a bus that is:
(1) used to carry passengers for hire; or
(2) operated for compensation.
The term does not include a bus that is a not-for-hire bus.
