9-13-2-138.5. "Proof of Discharge"
Universal Citation: IN Code § 9-13-2-138.5 (2020)
Sec. 138.5. "Proof of discharge" means a document that:
(1) is issued by the United States Department of Defense; and
(2) confirms a veteran's discharge from the armed forces of the United States.
The term includes a DD-214 form.
