33-42-9-1. Notary Public Appointments; Notarial Acts

Universal Citation: IN Code § 33-42-9-1 (2020)

Sec. 1. (a) The governor may appoint a notary public if the public interest would be promoted by the appointment.

(b) A notarial officer may perform notarial acts.
