31-34-25-1. Eligible to File Petition for No Contact Order

Sec. 1. Any of the following may sign and file a petition for the juvenile court to require a person to refrain from direct or indirect contact with a child or a member of a foster family home (as defined in IC 31-9-2-46.9):

(1) The attorney for the department.

(2) The guardian ad litem or court appointed special advocate.
