31-19-21-5. Errors in Execution of Consent Form

Sec. 5. The state registrar may contact an adoptee or adoptive parent who submits a written consent under this chapter that is:
(1) incompletely; or
(2) inaccurately;
executed to inform the adoptee or adoptive parent regarding the error in the execution of the consent form.
