29-1-10-8. Successor Representatives; Rights and Powers

Sec. 8. When a successor personal representative or an administrator with the will annexed is appointed, the person shall have all the rights and powers of the person's predecessor or of the executor designated in the will, except that the person shall not exercise powers given in the will which by its terms are personal to the executor designated in the will.
