16-30-4-1. HIV Prevention; Allocation of Resources

Sec. 1. The state department shall consider the following factors in determining the allocation to a political subdivision of resources or funds that are appropriated from the general fund to the state department for the prevention of the transmission of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV):

(1) The population size.

(2) The reported incidence of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

(3) The availability of resources.
