12-17.6-7-3. Contents of Fund
Universal Citation: IN Code § 12-17.6-7-3 (2020)
Sec. 3. The fund consists of the following:
(1) Amounts appropriated by the general assembly.
(2) Amounts appropriated by the federal government.
(3) Fees, charges, gifts, grants, donations, money received from any other source, and other income funds as may become available.
