IC 9-32-6-8 Unrestricted use of license plates under rules prohibiting tax avoidance

Sec. 8. Dealer license plates may be used by a dealer without restriction if the use is in compliance with section 7 of this chapter and rules adopted by the secretary to prohibit use of the plates solely to avoid payment of applicable taxes.
