9-32-2-27. "Used parts dealer"

IC 9-32-2-27 "Used parts dealer"
Sec. 27. "Used parts dealer" means a person who primarily buys, sells, barters, exchanges, or deals in used major component parts. The term does not include a scrap metal processor.
