9-31-3-12. Transfer of ownership or sale of motorboat

IC 9-31-3-12 Transfer of ownership or sale of motorboat
Sec. 12. (a) A person that transfers ownership of or sells a motorboat shall provide proper ownership documents and the certificate of registration to the new owner at the time of delivering the motorboat.
(b) The new owner shall apply to register the motorboat as provided in this chapter.
