9-31-1-4. Use of services and facilities of license branches and full service and partial services providers

IC 9-31-1-4 Use of services and facilities of license branches and full service and partial services providers
Sec. 4. (a) The bureau may utilize the services and facilities of:
(1) license branches operated under IC 9-14.1;
(2) full service providers (as defined in IC 9-14.1-1-2); and
(3) partial services providers (as defined in IC 9-14.1-1-3);
to carry out the bureau's responsibilities under this article.
(b) An additional charge may not be imposed under this chapter for the use of the services or facilities of a person described in subsection (a)(1).
