Sec. 96.4. (a) IC 24-5-0.5-3(g) (Concerning a provider of a telephone directory or directory assistance that publishes a listing for a fictitious or assumed name of a business).
(b) IC 24-5-0.5-4(l) (Concerning certain practices governed by the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. 1692 et seq.)).
