Sec. 81. (a) IC 16-41-7-2 (Concerning the good faith reporting to a health officer of an individual thought to present a serious and present danger to the health of others, to have engaged in noncompliant behavior, or to be at risk of carrying a dangerous communicable disease).

(b) IC 16-41-7-3 (Concerning a physician who provides notification to certain individuals regarding a patient's dangerous communicable disease).
