Sec. 152.3. (a) IC 35-48-4-14.7(d) and IC 35-48-4-14.7(k) (Concerning a pharmacy or NPLEx retailer that discloses information concerning the sale of a product containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine).
(b) IC 35-48-4-14.7(d)(3) (Concerning a pharmacist's professional judgment not to sell ephedrine or pseudoephedrine to an individual).
