9-13-2-112. "Nonmoving traffic offense"

IC 9-13-2-112 "Nonmoving traffic offense"
Sec. 112. "Nonmoving traffic offense" means a violation of a statute, an ordinance, or a regulation concerning the following:
(1) The parking or standing of motor vehicles.
(2) Motor vehicles that are not in motion.
