CHAPTER 12. Unlawful Purchase of Lottery Tickets
4-30-12-3. Officer or employee of contracting vendor; relative living in the same household

IC 4-30-12-3 Officer or employee of contracting vendor; relative living in the same household
Sec. 3. An officer or employee of a vendor that:
(1) is providing major procurement goods or services to the commission; or
(2) has executed a contract for a major procurement;
or a relative living in the same household with an officer or employee of the vendor may not purchase a lottery ticket.
