IC 35-48-1-16.3 "Drug related felony"
Sec. 16.3. "Drug related felony" means a felony conviction for an offense described in:
(1) IC 35-48-4-1 through IC 35-48-4-11.5; or
(2) IC 35-48-4-13 through IC 35-48-4-14.7.
