IC 35-46-9-7 Violation of an order not to operate a motorboat
Sec. 7. A person who operates a motorboat after the person has been ordered not to operate a motorboat under:
(1) IC 14-15-8 (repealed); or
(2) this chapter;
commits a Class A misdemeanor.
