IC 34-31-11-1 "Possessor of land"
Sec. 1. (a) As used in this chapter, "possessor of land" means a person who possesses any fee, reversionary, or easement interest in real property.
(b) The term includes:
(1) an owner;
(2) a lessee; or
(3) another lawful occupant;
of real property.
