33-40-6-1. Purpose; administration

IC 33-40-6-1 Purpose; administration

     Sec. 1. The public defense fund is established to receive court costs or other revenues for county reimbursement and administrative expenses. The fund shall be administered by the Indiana public defender commission (established by IC 33-40-5-2).
