32-26-1-16. Assessments; installment payments

IC 32-26-1-16 Assessments; installment payments
Sec. 16. The board of directors may, without reference to the completion of the proposed work, order:
(1) the payment of the assessment in installments as it considers proper; or
(2) the payment in full at a stated time.
