31-9-2-20. "Child with a disability"

IC 31-9-2-20 "Child with a disability"

     Sec. 20. "Child with a disability", for purposes of IC 31-34-1-9, means an individual who:

(1) is less than eighteen (18) years of age; and

(2) has a disability (as defined in IC 22-9-1-3(r)).
