Sec. 23. A loan broker agreement that is delivered or required to be delivered by a person licensed or required to be licensed under this chapter to a borrower or prospective borrower must contain:
(1) the license number of the loan broker; and
(2) the license number of each:
(A) mortgage loan originator; or
(B) principal manager;
who had contact with the file.
