23-17-2-11. "Domestic corporation"

IC 23-17-2-11 "Domestic corporation"
Sec. 11. (a) "Domestic corporation" means a public benefit, mutual benefit, or religious corporation incorporated under or subject to this article.
(b) The term does not include a foreign corporation.
