CHAPTER 12.2. Resident Tuition for Veterans
21-14-12.2-2. "Qualified veteran"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "qualified veteran" means an individual who:
(1) served in the armed forces of the United States or the Indiana National Guard; and
(2) received an honorable discharge.
