16-37-2-13. Recorded name of child born out of wedlock

IC 16-37-2-13 Recorded name of child born out of wedlock
Sec. 13. A child born out of wedlock shall be recorded:
(1) under the name of the mother; or
(2) as directed in a paternity affidavit executed under section 2.1 of this chapter.
